What is Birchbox's shipping / return policy?
Shipping is offered at flat rates - options include standard (5-10 business days), UPS Ground (1-5 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Orders over $49 always ship free with standard shipping.
Returns can be completed within 90 days of purchase. If you need to make a return, contact Birchbox with your order number along with the items you'd like to return and they will e-mail you a return shipping label. Refunds are issued for all forms of payment, including Birchbox points.
Birchboxes received through subscriptions are non-refundable and ineligible for returns.
