How are the top deals on the main page selected and how often do they update?
We add deals and coupons to our website hourly! The deals featured on the main page are based on user interaction and update everyday so you will see new deals all the time. We validate the deals when we add them and then monitor them in real time / disable them whenever we find they are no longer in stock and or the price has changed. If you come across a deal that is no longer valid, please select the thumbs down icon on the deal page and we will be notified.
Why am I not seeing the same price mentioned on Amazon Deals?
Amazon often has multiple discounts available to its customers. Whenever we add a deal for Amazon that has multiple discounts, we make sure to mention them in the description so you can follow the steps we tookd to get the deal. Steps usually include clicking a checkbox to activate a discount, choose subscribe & save and or entering a coupon code at checkout. If after reading the description, you are still unable to get the discounted price, please let us know via the thumbs down icon so we can delete the deal if it's no longer valid or update the descriptin to make it easier for everyone to get the deal.
How do I redeem a "coupon code" coupon?
Depending on the merchant, there are a few different places to enter the coupon code. In some cases, the promo code can be entered while in the shopping cart. Other times, the discount codes is entered on the order review page prior to checkout.
How do I know if a "coupon code" is working?
99.9% of the time the merchant will display the discount prior to you submitting your order. If you enter the coupon code and do not see the discount on the order review page, do not place the order. If the discount does not normally show up on the merchants order review page, we will note that in our coupon description.
Why doesn't the coupon work?
The coupon you clicked may have expired. If the expiration is listed as unknown, that means the coupon you are currently trying to use might have expired since the last time we verified the discount. It is also possible the online merchant pulled the coupon early. For various reasons, the on-line merchant might decide to end the offer prior to the expiration date. The merchants may also have modified the condition of the coupon. There are times when the response to the special offer is so large that the on-line merchant decides to modify the coupon - to either a smaller discount, or a larger minimum purchase requirement. Dealcatcher.com can not guarantee the accuracy of the deals listed. We test all the deals prior to posting them online; however, we do not have the capacity to verify every deal every day.
What do I do if a coupon does not work?
If a coupon on our site is not working, please use the thumbs down button to alert us to the deal not working. After we receive your email, we will check the offer to verify if there was an error with the coupon code or if it has in fact expired. If the coupon has expired, keep checking our site. We update our site daily and as soon as we find another deal for that merchant, we will post it on our site.

How often do you check the coupons with "unknown" expiration?
Every day our content specialist go through the site and check deals. However, this is a huge task and occasially we miss one or two. If you see an expired deal please let us know.

Why are certain links not working for me?
The blank page for certain links is probably caused by anti-ad / spyware / spam software which has put an entry into your hosts file to block certain websites.
Do you sell any items / What are you shipping charges?
Dealcatcher.com does not sell any of the products listed on our site. If you are interested in finding out more about a products availability or want to know about shipping fees, contact the merchant's support.
