Chico's has a great "No Problem Return Policy". Returns or exchanges must be unworn, undamaged or defective and may be made within 60 days of purchase date. Gift cards, e-gift cards and gift boxes are not returnable. If you present the original receipt, returns will be refunded in the original tender as it was paid. If the return is made without the original receipt, a in-store credit will be provided but only at the lowest selling price of the item. It will take 30 days to receive a refund by check.
