Knock Knock offers an email subscription program for customers wishing to take advantage of promotions and new arrivals. For signing up, members are given a coupon for 20% off of any order over $50. Additional promotions will be sent via email.

All items are shipped out from Reno, Nevada. Domestic orders are delivered via FedEx or USPS with a variety of different options for arrival times. Orders that total over $30 benefit from free shipping. Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
