Matisse Footwear ships packages at a flat rate with items arriving within five to seven business days within the continental United States. Purchases over $125 ship free. You may return or exchange any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Exchanges can only be made for items of a similar style. Within the continental U.S., returns are free. All sales are final on purchases made outside the United States.
