During checkout, you will see a little "+" sign labeled "Add Promotional Code." Click on it, and enter your code to receive the discount on your order.

Seraphine offers a free newsletter where upon signing up, you will receive a promo code for five dollars off of your first order. To sign up, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and you will see a box that says "Please enter your email here..." Enter your email to receive a free discount.

After you finalize your order at checkout, you will receive an email with a tracking number. US orders placed on www.seraphine.com/us will be distributed through DHL. You will also receive a free returns label if for any reason you wish to return the product. If you don't receive your return label, contact Seraphine and they will send you a new one. Delivery charges vary depending on what country you live in. Seraphine requires a signature on the receipt, so make sure you are home when your package is supposed to be delivered. Seraphine offers a full refund for unworn items returned within fifteen working days of you receiving the product. Orders placed online may not be returned to a physical Seraphine store. Hosiery, lingerie or cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. If the item you receive is faulty in any way, contact Seraphine, and they will direct you on what to do from there.
