Because it takes them up to 3 days to process each order, standard shipping takes up to 8 days, 2-day shipping up to 5 days, and overnight shipping up to 4 days. To start the return process, take a picture of the damaged item and upload it to a new album entitled "Order Problem" and contact Snapfish. They will remake the item or refund you but may ask you to return the original item first.
