Willow Tree offers free shipping when you spend $50 or more. If you spend less than $50, shipping is a flat rate of $5.95. Allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. Right now Willow Tree doesn't not ship internationally. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you ordered you may return them for a refund or exchange for the same product(s). All return must have a RMA# and you'll need to call DEMDACO at 1-855-544-3226 to begin the return or exchange process.
