Celebrations Rewards is the joint rewards program for all the companies in the Harry & David business family. It is free to join and gives reward points at $1 = 1 point. You receive a $20 "savings pass" for each 200 points you earn. You can also upgrade your membership for $29.99 per year, which gets you free 2-day shipping on an unlimited number of orders, as well as some members-only offers and previews of products.

Most Harry & David orders take 4-7 business days to ship and cost depends on the cost of the order, starting at $4.99. The monthly clubs have various flat shipping rates. They offer refunds and replacements and will even substitute an item of equal or greater value if the item you wanted is unavailable.
