Returns and exchanges are accepted on most items in new or like-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items not eligible for return include paint, furniture, some oversize items or anything damaged from normal use. If you receive a defective or damaged item, shipping charges will be paid by Magnolia Market for the returned item and the replacement.

Orders may be shipped in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes and to Canada. Shipments are not available to US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS depending on the order size and weight. Shipping charges are dependent upon purchase amount and shipping location. Express shipping is available for an additional charge via FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day service in the continental US. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Central time will ship the same day; orders placed after 2 p.m. Central time will ship the following day.
